How can I track my order? Plus

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order. You can also use our live tracking portal by following this link:

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Plus

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your information carefully before confirming your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet? Plus

To ensure short delivery times, we ship packages as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or canceled. If in doubt, please contact our support: support@bmotion-sports.com

How do I enter a gift voucher or discount code for an online order? Plus

Will out-of-stock products be restocked?

Products from our collections are usually restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified. Alternatively, you can also have a "Back In Stock" alert sent to you. You can find a button on the product page.

Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy? Plus

All items purchased online can be returned to our warehouse within 30 days. To return the item, please create a return label via our returns portal. This label must be included with the package so that we can assign the return to your order.

The cost of return shipping for purchased items is borne by the customer.

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • All products must be undamaged

When will I receive my refund? Plus

If our quality department determines that the returned items meet the return conditions, you will receive a refund within 10-15 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. The refund does not include shipping costs.

Orders paid for with a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit will automatically be refunded as

store credit.

What should I do if the item is incorrect or arrived damaged/defective? Plus

If you have received a defective or incorrect item in your delivery, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us at support@bmotion-sports.com. Send us photos and a description of the defect as well as your order number so we can find your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution

My order was not delivered completely, what should I do? Plus

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at support@bmotion-sports.com. Include your order number and a list of the missing items. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible by either shipping the missing items or offering an alternative solution. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

My tracking says the shipment has been electronically announced, what does that mean? Plus

This means that your order has already been packed and is ready for shipment, but has either not yet been picked up by the shipping service provider or has not yet been scanned by them. The status is usually updated within 1-2 days. If the status does not change within 3 days, please contact support@bmotion-sports.com.

My tracking status isn't updating? Plus

Status updates can sometimes take 1-2 days. If the status remains unchanged for more than 3 days, your package might have been lost by the shipping service provider. In such a case, we will initiate an investigation to locate the package. Most packages usually reappear. Please contact support@bmotion-sports.com for further assistance.
